What ages do you accept?
All ages under 13. For babies and younger children, discuss routines and care needs with us before booking.
When are sessions available?
Weekends: 8 a.m.–8 p.m. School days: 4–8 p.m. Sessions must finish by 8 p.m. The planner treats weekdays as school days; ask us about holidays. All times need confirmation.
Does my child need sports experience?
No. We choose activities around your child’s interests and comfort level.
Should I pack food and water?
Water and limited food are provided. Pack a lunch or extra food for longer sessions. Discuss allergies with us directly before booking, not in the initial form.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable clothes and suitable shoes. We’ll confirm any equipment you need.
What area do you serve?
Within a 30-minute drive of our Studio City base. We check the route and expected traffic before confirming.
Can you arrange pickup and drop-off?
Yes—request pickup or arrange drop-off. We confirm locations and any travel cost before payment.
What happens if the weather changes?
We’ll agree on a change of activity, location, or timing with you.
How do I book and pay?
Submit your request through the site and wait for our approval. For now, we accept Venmo and Apple Cash, with payment arranged by text. We’ll confirm the recipient and total before you pay. Payment is completed in your payment app, not on this website.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Call, text, or email us as soon as possible. We’ll agree on cancellation and refund terms before you pay.
